Opportunity Snapshot
The Education industry has always offered a rewarding career path, and now more than ever it is an industry on the move. Not many industries can claim to have escaped the current recession, but education continues to thrive -- and enjoys the backing of the current administration in Washington, DC.
The opportunity presented here is to keep your management career moving forward by joining a successful organization at an exciting time in its history.

CCi operates more than 100 campuses across the continent as well as a rapidly growing online education division. Our focus is on quality instruction and we have invested millions of dollars in recent years to upgrade our facilities, creating state-of-the-art learning centers.
Position Details
As the Admissions Manager for our South Plainfield, NJ campus, you will be joining one of Corinthian's fastest growing centers. We just added one of the most popular new Trade Programs to our curriculum and are about to complete a major renovation of our facilities.
In fact, our rapid growth has dictated our need for an Admissions Manager. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 14-15 Admissions Representatives and helping them reach their daily and monthly targets through goal setting, hands-on coaching and skill development.
In our busy environment, every day is critical. You'll spend the bulk of your time and energy working with your team to set targets, review results, push performance, optimize skills, and continually fuel morale.
This position will provide both a challenge and an opportunity. It will require a high level of energy and a leadership style that is a balance of toughness and encouragement. Naturally there will be a learning and acclimation period, but early on - and your success will hinge on this - we will be looking for an ability to both quickly grasp what needs to be done and aggressively, in an organized manner, take ownership.
Specifically, your responsibilities will be to:
- Meet Company and/or College admissions goals in each program.
- Ensure that Representatives complete necessary forms, including daily activity reports.
- Complete all required reports and send to Regional Admissions Director and appropriate managers.
- Ensure that Representatives obtain student referral leads from all applicants.
- Monitor, track and manage leads using Company tracking system guidelines.
- Partner with the Corporate Advertising Department and provide feedback to ensure steady lead flow.
- Serve on all Advisory Boards and make admission process recommendations to the Academic and Executive Committee.
- Employ ethical admission practices that meet regulatory agency and Company standards.
- Oversee assigned personnel, including work allocation, training and problem resolution.
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.
- Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
As you would expect, Corinthian places a great deal of emphasis on career development, and your success in this role will position you for career advancement opportunities, such as a promotion into the Director of Admissions spot.
Our Requirements
