Corinthian Colleges, Inc. Career Opportunities |
Opportunity Snapshot
You have spent several years building a wealth of clinical knowledge -- this is your opportunity to give back to the next generation of Allied Health professionals through education.
"Achieving dreams" sounds like a lofty goal, but at Corinthian Colleges, that's what we do -- help people achieve their dreams by giving them the skills they need to be successful in a wide variety of careers -- and connecting them with employers upon graduation. It's the perfect mix of high ideals and real-world practicality.
Corinthian Colleges is a young and dynamic organization that has quickly grown to become one of North America's largest post secondary education companies. CCi operates more than 100 campuses across the continent as well as a rapidly growing online education division.
We currently offer several Allied Health programs that have clinical externships affiliated with them at 23 campuses nationwide. Your mission as Clinical Placement Manager will be to travel to these campuses and support the Program Directors in acquiring and maintaining clinical affiliations. It is a multifaceted role with a scope that includes everything from organizing and tracking clinical placements to rolling out new programs to working with developers and realtors to plan the architectural layout for new facilities.

What's in It for You
More About Your Role
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Curriculum Manager. Ideally, you will be based from our Santa Ana, CA offices; however, because we have so many campuses around the country, and this role involves up to 70% travel, we are open to discussing other locations.
You will spend the majority of your time in the field at our clinical sites, and the balance in the office evaluating opportunities for new clinical affiliations and providing status updates. Specifically your responsibilities are to:
Keys to Success
To excel in this environment, you will showcase your expertise with programmatic accreditation standards, speaking the accreditation lingo and instilling confidence in our programs; however, your interpersonal skills are where you stand to shine the brightest. With great poise and confidence, (not to mention tact and diplomacy as you will be handling highly confidential medical information) you will build and sustain authentic relationships with the various clinical sites and drive program excellence.
You will also showcase an unflappable "whatever it takes" team-player attitude to get the job done right as you position yourself as the right hand person to the Curriculum Manager and clear his plate by independently taking on more of the clinical placement responsibilities.
And last but not least, you will be fully vested in the success of our programs as you leverage your experience and recommend your own ideas for improvements to push us to the next level.
If this sounds like the right mix of challenge and opportunity for you, and you meet the minimum qualifications, we want to hear from you!
